About me

Since June 2018, I  work at UPMC and Inserm (Team: NutriOmics) as a Senior Research Assistant. My research is focused on developing:

  • new statistical methods to improve the design and analysis of clinical trials,
  • innovative algorithms for clinical decision support system.

Travels and positions: Biostatistician II at Cedar Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles, USA, 2016-2017), Senior Research Assistant at Lancaster University (Lancaster, UK, 2017-2018).

Interests: Bayesian statistics, statistical machine learning, modelling and methodology.

Some tools among others: non-parametric bayesian models, hierarchical models, semi-parametric inference, q-learning, deep neural networks, generative adversarial network, varitional autoencoder, probabilistic graphical models.
