About me

Since June 2018, I  work at UPMC and Inserm (Team: NutriOmics) as a Senior Research Assistant. My research is focused on developing:

  • new statistical methods to improve the design and analysis of clinical trials,
  • innovative algorithms for clinical decision support system.

Interests: Bayesian statistics, machine learning, non-parametric bayesian models, hierarchical models, semi-parametric inference, copula models, classifiers with rejection, deep neural networks, Monte carlo tree search, reinforcement learning, graphical models.
